KIDSMASS Holiday Gift Program Sign-ups
You need to bring:
• Valid ID from a government agency, school, or employer
• Proof of residence in Oldham County. A utility bill or current lease
• Official proof of income, recent pays stub, or income statement. If you get paid in cash, bring a letter on official company letterhead
• If you receive financial assistance you must show proof of KCHIP, SSI, and food stamps (whichever applies).
• Proof of child(ren)’s age(s), must bring a birth certificate, computer-generated school document, or immunization certificate
