Parents and Guardians,
In order to provide our students with the School Compliance Verification Forms, Oldham County High School will be implementing the following procedures:
- School Staff will be available for curbside form pickup by Parents and Guardians Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Forms must be picked up by a Parent or Guardian. Please have your identification ready.
- Forms must be requested at least one day IN ADVANCE. They will not be available on demand. This will allow us to prepare the forms ahead of time to limit wait time and minimize contact for your safety and ours. - When you arrive at the school, come to the main lot, pull up to the landing directly in front of the main doors, and call 222-9461 to tell us why you’re here. We will bring the form to you.
